What I deliver

Board priorities turned into programs that operations, sales and partners can run – with technology as the tool, not the goal.

Automation

Sortation and scanning across the network

Technology integration and business-case analysis for all five automated sorting hubs; ~90% of sortable volume sorted automatically. Handheld scanning rolled out to the entire courier network (~10,000 couriers) with CEO sponsorship, through initial operational resistance.

M&A

Post-merger integration without stopping the network

After the acquisition of Siódemka, 20+ operational, billing and customer systems were integrated into DPD's platform in 6 months – with zero downtime while parcels kept moving every day.

Growth

Platforms behind new revenue channels

PMO and vendor delivery behind DPD Pickup (~900 → 33,000 points), DPD Mobile (10M+ downloads) and the real-time Allegro Delivery integration, now handling hundreds of thousands of parcels a month.

Career

Three decades in high-volume, distribution-driven businesses.
